Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Tableau and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leveraging both traditional and modern data management technologies to transform raw data into insightful visualizations and reports that drive strategic business decisions. Ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Tableau, along with a robust understanding of cloud services like AWS, data warehousing solutions like Snowflake, and ETL frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visualizations to convey key business insights effectively.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets using modern ETL tools and techniques.
  • Extract and manipulate large datasets using SQL and other data management tools.
  • Manage data workflows and pipelines using AWS services such as S3 and Cloud SQL, ensuring optimal data delivery architecture.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive data-driven reports and solutions.
  • Implement and maintain data security and compliance, particularly within cloud and multi-tenant environments.
  • Utilize Databricks for big data processing and analytics, enhancing data preparation and machine learning capabilities.
  • Maintain a scalable and performant data warehouse in Snowflake, ensuring that data is accessible and secure.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data analysis and validation techniques.
  • Manage the automation of data processes and optimize data retrieval and dashboard performance.
  • Provide training and support to business users on Tableau usage and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau and other BI tools for creating impactful data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Looker) and data processing languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud database services like AWS Cloud SQL.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing solutions, particularly Snowflake, and data lake architectures.
  • Experience with ETL processes and tools, as well as familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Tableau, AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Experience with additional BI tools such as Power BI or Looker.
  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
