We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce’s administrative and development aspects and will be responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires a blend of technical and analytical skills to ensure that our Salesforce environment supports our business objectives and runs smoothly.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • User Management: Create and manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
  • Data Management: Perform data imports, exports, updates, and deduplication. Maintain data quality and integrity.
  • System Configuration: Customize standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and business processes.
  • Security: Implement and manage security settings, including field-level security, role hierarchies, and sharing rules.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
  • Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, backups, and health checks
  • Custom Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • API Integration: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Workflow Automation: Create and optimize workflow rules, process builder, flow, and other automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • Custom Coding: Write, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes. Ensure best practices in coding and testing.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Documentation: Document customizations, integrations, and procedures for future reference and compliance.
Required skills and Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Developer.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II is a plus).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including security, data model, and Lightning framework.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work deliverables.
