Data Engineer (Snowflake, Python, Data Modeling)

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with expertise in Snowflake, Python scripting, and data modeling. This role is focused on building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines while ensuring efficient data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Snowflake, Python, and data modeling for both structured and unstructured data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement data models, automate workflows, and support analytics initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake for efficient data storage and processing.
• Write and maintain Python scripts for data automation, transformation, and integration.
• Implement data models for structured and unstructured data, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and analysts, to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues to ensure the integrity and consistency of data.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering, machine learning, and cloud technologies.
• Contribute to best practices in data infrastructure and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Snowflake: Strong experience in data warehousing and data modeling using Snowflake.
• Python: Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data integration.
• Data Modeling: Experience in building data models for large datasets.
• SQL: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to machine learning data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Apache Spark, Kafka, and orchestration tools.
