We are looking for a talented Digital Analytics Specialist with a strong background in analytics, digital media, and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making, the ability to work independently, and the skill to collaborate across divisions to achieve business goals. This role will involve implementing advanced data exploration techniques and providing actionable insights to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Synthesize data to address core business questions by analyzing the “what, why, and how” of business applications, contributing to marketing strategy through representation of the marketing technology team in business meetings and third-party engagements.
  • Partner with business owners to analyze customer behavior through segmentation studies and consumer interactions with the business and/or website.
  • Lead efforts to provide strategic recommendations informed by a deep understanding of customer behavior and segmentation insights.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital analytics, with a focus on data storytelling and visualization.
  • Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc analytical reports tailored to business needs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot site enhancements and key user flows to proactively identify reporting or tracking issues and detect shifts in customer behavior.
  • Collaborate with product owners, hotel strategy teams, booking engine stakeholders, revenue managers, and web development teams to maintain regular monitoring of business health and site performance.
  • Document digital analytics processes in Confluence and manage enhancement requests through JIRA tickets.
  • Use tools such as Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, Hightouch CDP, and Microsoft Excel to analyze and report on site performance and user profiles, presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Promote and drive adoption of Adobe Analytics across the organization, including stakeholder training sessions.
  • Maintain a backlog of reporting, tagging, and alerting requirements to address business needs.
  • Create and manage targetable segments/audiences using Hightouch CDP to facilitate platform activations.
  • Assist in tagging and rule implementation within Google Tag Manager and Adobe Tags (Launch) as required.
  • Debug analytics implementation issues, including quality assurance (QA) and signoff on new features.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise to support business applications and associated processes.
  • Align with leadership on priorities, address project tasks constructively, and contribute to personal development plans.
  • Collaborate with preferred vendors for beta testing to adopt cutting-edge analytical features and tool
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years in a related field, such as analytics, digital media, or eCommerce.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong self-education skills with the ability to independently seek solutions and apply knowledge.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to positively influence team dynamics.
